Our Salon Policy

SNM London Hair Studio requires 48hrs notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. This allows us to be able to offer the appointment to somebody else in the event that you cannot make it. We understand that accidents and emergencies happen that prevent you giving a 48hr notice for cancelling or rescheduling. In this instance, grace may be given on that occasion at the discretion of the stylist.

SNM London values your time and feels that it is fair to honour the same policies we hold to our clients. Should the salon need to cancel on a client due to unsafe weather conditions, power outages, or other unforeseen events with less than 24hrs notice, we will honour our 50% off of your next identical service and do all we can to reschedule you in a timely manner.

SNM London values our customers. To ensure we can meet demand and avoid missed appointments, please be advised that we require a deposit on ALL new bookings.

Prior to each appointment, careful time and preparation is often needed by the stylist in order to deliver the best possible service. 

We take your appointment as a verbal contract and it is reserved especially for you.

Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. For this reason, we respectfully advise you that deposits are strictly non refundable and 48hrs notice will be required to change a booking or the deposit will be lost.

If you are more than 10 minutes late to your appointment, you will be charged a £10 late fee charge on top of your service.

Please note that if you are over 20 minutes late for your appointment we may have to reschedule your service if it cannot be completed in the remaining time frame. All attempts to reschedule in a timely manner will be made.At SNM London Hair Studio, you will be advised on the best way to care for your hair.
